Update Access is required to submit 907’s (non-compliance report) for jobs within the BAC codes you submitted on your PICSWEB registration form.

907 records for Normal Bid jobs are accessed by:

· Jacket Number

· Agency Code and Requisition Number

907 Print Orders are accessed by:

· Program Number and Print Order Number

Verify that the correct record is displayed prior to submitting 907 Non-Compliance Change Report. You can report either Non-Compliance by Contractor or Schedule Change Due to Department Being Late on one form, not both.
